Yessica Flores advises individuals, legal entities, and water user organizations in the regularization, improvement, and registry processes in the Biobío and Araucanía Regions. She is also involved in classifying and organizing information about water rights for hundreds of users grouped in water user organizations. Additionally, she practices law in criminal and civil matters.
EDUCATION
In 2008, she obtained a degree in environmental chemistry from the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at the Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción. Later, she studied at the Universidad Santo Tomás, Los Angeles campus, and earned her law degree in 2018. In 2020, she completed a Diploma in Children's Law at the University of Los Andes.
EXPERIENCE
From 2018 to 2020, she practiced law advising forestry and transportation companies on various labor and civil matters. In 2020, she worked as a lawyer and Director at Hogar Sor Vicenta de Los Ángeles, focusing on child welfare and working closely with the Child Welfare Service. In 2022, she joined the law firm, leading the legal advisory services for water user organizations.
