She advises individuals, legal entities, and water user organisations in processes of regularization, perfection, and registration of water rights in the Biobío and Araucanía Regions.
She is also engaged in classifying and organising information regarding water rights for hundreds of users grouped in water user organisations.
Additionally, she practices in criminal and civil law matters.
EDUCATION
In 2008, she obtained a degree in Environmental Chemistry from the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at the Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción. Later, she studied law at Universidad Santo Tomás, Los Ángeles campus, earning her law degree in 2018. In 2020, she completed a Diploma in Childhood Law at Universidad de Los Andes.
EXPERIENCE
From 2018 to 2020, she practised law, advising forestry and transportation companies on various labour and civil law matters. Later, in 2020, she worked as a lawyer and Director of Hogar Sor Vicenta in Los Ángeles, where she worked with children and was in direct contact with the Child Welfare Service (Servicio de Mejor Niñez). In 2022, she joined the law firm, leading the advisory services to water user organisations.
