Tabita Chávez provides legal advice to irrigators and water user organisations in their processes of regularization and perfection of water rights—a role that involves reviewing the legal titles of each irrigator and organising and classifying their information.

She also practices in civil and corporate law, primarily advising individuals and legal entities in the Biobío Province.

EDUCATION

She studied law at Universidad Santo Tomás in the city of Los Ángeles from 2011 to 2017, completed her professional internship in 2019, and obtained her law degree in 2021.

EXPERIENCE

She began her professional practice in 2021 in Los Ángeles, working independently and handling matters mainly in civil, labour, and family law.

Since December 2022, she has been part of the legal team at Acevedo Santini Abogados, with a presence in Los Ángeles and various municipalities in the Biobío Province.
