Nataly Figueroa provides legal counsel to both employees and employers on various labour law matters, including legal compliance training, drafting legal claims, and court appearances, among other services.

She also advises irrigators and water user organisations on the processes of regularisation and perfection of water rights — a role that involves reviewing each irrigator’s legal titles and organising and classifying their information.

EDUCATION

She studied law at the University of Concepción, in the city of Concepción, from 2016 to 2022, completed her professional internship in 2023, and obtained her law degree in 2024.

EXPERIENCE

• Her legal practice began in 2023 in the city of Los Ángeles, working independently and handling cases primarily in civil, labour, and family law.

• Since November 2024, she has been part of the legal team at Acevedo Santini Abogados, with a presence in the city of Los Ángeles and various municipalities within the Biobío Province.
