Nicole Cianci Castro

PRACTICE AREAS

Nicole Cianci provides comprehensive legal advice to water user organizations as well as clients in the agro-industrial and energy sectors. She also represents individuals, legal entities, and user organizations in procedures for the regularization, improvement, and registration of water use rights.

STUDIES

​

She studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile's Faculty of Law from 2017 to 2022, completing her internship in 2023 and earning her professional degree in 2024. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Water Law at the same institution.

EXPERIENCE

​

In 2021, she worked as a solicitor at the law firm Barros, Silva, Varela & Vigil. Subsequently, between 2023 and 2024, she was a research assistant at the UC Center for Water Law and Management. She is currently a teaching assistant for Administrative Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Since May 2024, she has been part of the legal team at Acevedo Santini Abogados, with offices in Santiago and Los Angeles.
