Alfonso Santini Zañartu

PRACTICE AREAS
Since 2011, Alfonso has focused his professional practice on advising national and international companies in the field of dispute resolution before ordinary, special, and arbitral courts, both in private and public law, and across various industries, primarily linked to natural resources.
Since 2018, he has served as an arbitrator judge in the territories of numerous Courts of Appeals in the country, including Santiago, Valparaíso, and Concepción.
EDUCATION
He studied at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile from 2003 to 2008, and later specialized in a Diploma in Administrative Sanction Law at the University of Los Andes (2015).
EXPERIENCE
Permanently based in Santiago, he began his practice between 2011 and 2015 at Urrutia y Compañía Abogados office. From 2015 to 2016, he was part of Carcelén, Desmadryl, Guzmán, Tapia y Compañía Abogados firm in the same city. Between 2017 and 2019, he worked at Pérez Íñigo, Ugarte y Baraona Abogados. In 2020, he formed Santini Abogados, and in 2021, he decided to merge with Acevedo Urzúa firm from the city of Los Ángeles to form Acevedo Santini Abogados, with presence in both cities, Santiago and Los Ángeles.
ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
